Users can set shifts, holidays, and device groups for attendance rules. Attendance records and statistics can be queried and support export.
3. Access Control: In addition to automatically generating access records, it supports users in managing access permissions for employees and visitors, as well as blacklist monitoring. In this iteration, a new feature has been added to the access control section for instant export of access records, which can export daily access records in real-time and export access records by search conditions by time period.
4. Personnel Management: It supports refined personnel management, including employees, visitors, and blacklisted individuals, with different management rules set for different identities.
5. Access Permissions: This includes employee access authorization and visitor access authorization. Employee access authorization allows managers to manage employees by device, which can prevent employees from clustering for attendance and achieve regional management within the company.
